Scientific Name:	*Spathiphyllum 'Silver Streak'*
Description:	Spathiphyllum 'Silver Streak' also known as Spathiphyllum zebra is a popular air-purifier plants. It has velvety green foliage and a silvery-white stripe down the middle of the leaf. To encourage flowering, move the plant to a brighter location, where it will receive bright, indirect light.

Light:	Bright indirect sunlight, dappled light.
Water:	Check regularly and water as needed. Keep the soil evenly moist; never allow it to dry out completely. Always discard excess water. Never allow the plant to stand in water. Consider using a water filter, or alternatively leave water out overnight before watering your plant to avoid brown patches or leaf tip browning.
Fertilizer:	Fertilize with diluted foliage fertilizer at least once a month to encourage growth.
Trimming:	Gently trim away dry, brown, or yellowish leaves by using a pair of secateurs. Trimming allows available nutrients in the soil to be transferred into the new leaves which encourage intentional growth. Also, trimming allows your plants to retain in a good shape and keep pests, fungal and diseases away.
