Scientific Name:	*Thuja occidentalis*
Description:	Thuja Pine is a distinct genus of evergreen coniferous tree in the cypress family Cupressaceae. It is a small, slow-growing tree but can reach up to 15m tall on the ground or in a bigger pot. Light-green leaves in flattened, becoming darker green with age. It is used as an ornamental tree, both in garden or inside a pot/container, where it is associated with long life and vitality, and widely cultivated in our tropical climates.

Light:	Full sun to partial sun
Water:	Check regularly and water as needed. Water thoroughly when the potting medium turns slightly dry to touch.

Trimming:	Gently trim away dry, brown, or yellowish leaves by using a pair of secateurs. Trimming allows available nutrients in the soil to be transferred into the new leaves which encourage intentional growth. Also, trimming allows your plants to retain in a good shape and keep pests, fungal and diseases away.
