Alocasia Lauterbachiana 'Purple Sword'

Alocasia lauterbachiana has narrow, erect leaves that are lance-shaped (40-50 cm long, 8-10 cm wide).
The upper surface of the leaves is dark green, while the lower surface is purple to reddish-purple.
It is grown for its ornamental foliage which has a tropical look. The unique shape of the spirally arranged, erect leaves makes this species an ideal focal plant.
Alocasia lauterbachiana is easy to maintain and grows well indoors.
Repotted with Horticulturist's enhanced media + OSMOCOTE, in TEKU pot, topped with Pumice (TURKEY).
